You are champions for our students, fostering the curiosity and determination they bring through our doors each morning. The integrity, patience, and life lessons you teach at home shape the character of our classrooms every day. We deeply respect the dedication and energy you bring to balancing the many responsibilities you hold.
To Our Staff Members:
We want to send a special note of recognition to the many fathers, stepfathers, and father-figures on our RRVSD staff. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the men in our buildings who may not have children of their own, but who step up every day to fill a fatherly role for our students. Whether through mentorship, a listening ear, or steady guidance, the care and boundaries you provide offer a safe harbor for many young people.
To those balancing a dual role—providing leadership to our students with professional excellence, and then returning home to do the same for your own families—and to those who pour that fatherly energy entirely into our schools: thank you.
