A Message to Our Red River Valley School Division Mothers
To all the mothers, grandmothers/elders, and mother-figures within the Red River Valley School Division community:
As we approach this weekend, we want to extend our deepest gratitude and warmest wishes to you.
The partnership between home and school is the foundation of our students' success, and we recognize that you are the heart of that connection. Whether you are helping with homework, cheering from the sidelines, or providing the quiet encouragement that keeps a student moving forward, your impact is immeasurable. You are the primary advocates for our students, ensuring they arrive at our doors ready to learn and grow. The values and kindness you instill at home resonate within our classrooms every single day. We admire the resilience and hard work you put in to balance the many roles you hold.
To Our Staff Members:
We also want to send a special note of appreciation to the many mothers on our RRVSD staff. We see you performing a daily "double-duty"—nurturing and guiding our students with professional excellence, only to head home and do the same for your own families. Your ability to lead with heart in both spaces makes our divisional culture so vibrant and supportive. Thank you for the care you pour into every aspect of your lives.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, administration, and staff of RRVSD, we wish you a very Happy Mother’s Day.
Please take the time this weekend to celebrate the incredibly important role and title you hold. We hope your day is filled with the same love and appreciation you give so freely to our students.
Warmly,
The Red River Valley School Division Team
