Morris School Robotics

Between our high school course and our extra-curricular club, approximately 28 students from grades 7 to 12 are involved in Morris School Robotics. Our aim is to have students continue to gain hands-on experience with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) in teams to problem-solve by building, testing, and revising robots to gain skills that will pay off in post-secondary education and beyond.

Looking forward to the 2026-2027 season…

On December 5, 2026, we are pleased to host Manitoba’s first ever VEX Robotics Competition—the Morris RoboRodeo! Additionally, in February, our advanced team plans to compete at Mecha Mayhem in Calgary—Canada’s largest robotics competition.  We also hope to compete at a tournament in Winnipeg, later in the school year.
