We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Kinderstart Instructor to lead our 4-year-old preschool program!

Kinderstart is a key stepping stone in our community, designed to help our young learners build confidence, social skills, and foundational independence. Beyond academic readiness, this role is crucial in helping 4-year-olds adjust to the school environment, building comfort with daily routines, and easing the transition into kindergarten.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, 2-1/2 days a week, days to be determined

• Pay: $22.00 / hour

• Play-Based Mindset: An understanding of learning through play and how to create engaging, hands-on experiences.

• Key Skills: Patience, strong communication with parents and staff, and gentle classroom management to guide children through school routines.

Early childhood certification or previous experience working with young children is a plus, but a nurturing, dedicated attitude is what matters most!
